Diamonds in the Rough

Can you believe that? Can you believe the perfection! How can anyone feel sad, when, if they just look closely, nature is at work all around them, making perfect things even more perfect. I love nature’s surprises. They are truly what draw me closer to God. When I see the dew on the leaves, or a wonderful old tree that has withstood the years, I am reminded of the beauty of this thing called life and I’m grateful.

About susansplace

Widowed in 2012, I am a mother and grandmother. Born in San Francisco, I now live in the town I grew up in: Mill Valley, California. I love nature photography. Just an amateur but that's OK! My goal: world peace. Got any ideas?
